Dean has over 25 years of executive experience across the health care continuum, including acute care hospitals, emergency medical services, and a wide range of post-acute settings.
He is the former President of CHRISTUS Health Continuing Care, the post-acute division of the 6-billion-dollar Health System. In this role, Dean had responsibility for Home Health, Hospice, LTACH, Pediatric Therapy, Nursing, and Community Based Care.
Dean has been instrumental in developing post-acute strategies for seniors ranging from fall prevention programs (serving on the board of advisors to Phillips Lifeline) to non-clinical and behavioral interventions that improve the quality of life for their patients and customers.
Jonny brings over 10 years of financial, accounting, and revenue cycle experience to his position as Chief Financial Officer.
He has concentrated his career in the home care sector, with key roles including the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Abode Healthcare and various financial consulting positions with McBee Associates, Inc. and CHRISTUS Health.
Jonny received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Georgia State University. He enjoys playing golf, grilling and entertaining in his backyard with friends and family.

Chief Compliance Officer
Bill joined LifeCare Home Health in June of 2016 as Vice President of Home Health Services and now serves as its Chief Clinical and Quality Officer, as well as the company’s Chief Compliance Officer.
Prior to joining LifeCare, Bill served as Chief Clinical, Quality, and other executive roles at several Home Health and Hospice organizations including Guardian Healthcare Holdings, Inc, Intrepid USA Healthcare Services, Inc. Housecall Medical Resources, Inc. Medshares, Inc, and ABC Home Health Services, Inc.
Bill is a Registered Nurse, graduating from the Medical Center of Central Georgia School of Nursing. He completed his undergraduate degree and graduate studies in public administration at the University of Georgia and his graduate degree in business administration at Kennedy-Western University.
Adam brings over a decade of healthcare experience across sales, operations, finance, and corporate development functions to the role of Vice President of Strategy & Chief of Staff.
He formerly served in leading roles at organizations including Care Values, Inc., Athenahealth, and Relay Investments. His professional career has placed an emphasis on corporate development and innovation across healthcare services and healthcare technology sectors.
Adam received his MBA with a concentration in Health Care Management from The Wharton School and completed his undergraduate studies at Yale University. He resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and children.
Sheri Dunn, R.N.
Sheri leads our skilled Home Health operations, working directly with local branch leadership to provide effective care for patients.
Sheri has over 25 years working in healthcare, starting her career in critical care and transitioning to Home Health. She has held numerous leadership positions in Home Health and Hospice organizations throughout the United States.
She obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from The University of South Florida. Sheri is board certified in Public Health and Gerentology. Sheri and her husband Kriss reside in Tampa Florida, have 4 grown kids and 1 grandson.
Michael joined LifeCare Home Health Family in 2016 as the Administrator of Florida’s private care division and currently as Vice President of Private Duty Services.
He has over 10 years of home care sector experience, including leadership roles at Maxim Healthcare Services and Senior Advantages Home Care Services providing experience from pediatrics to senior care. His experience includes team development, quality improvement, growth, customer satisfaction and strategic planning.
Michael is a Marine Corps Veteran. In his free time, Michael likes to hike, paddleboard, travel and explore new places with his wife Kelly.
Lori Boeckstiegel, PHR
With 40+ years of experience in People Strategy across healthcare and additional diverse environments, Lori serves as a strategic business partner focused on employee relations and human capital management.
Previously, Lori served as the Director of HR for Daybreak Ventures, a multi-site skilled nursing operator. Lori ensures people and strategies are in place with the company culture to align with vision, mission and goals.
Lori is an active SHRM member and PHR certified. Originally from Wheaton, Illinois, she now resides in Denton, Texas.
